.Synopsis for the southern California coast and Santa BarbaraChannel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuaryand National Park...at 09Z, or 2 AM PDT, a 1027 mb surface high waslocated 600 NM west of Point Conception. A 1007 mb thermal low wascentered near Las Vegas. Gusty northwest winds will continue overthe outer waters through much of the week, likely gale force attimes through Wed night. Gusty winds will spread into the northerninner waters and western Santa Barbara Channel each afternoon andevening through Wed. Hazardous seas are expected into Thursdayacross the outer waters.
