  Ohio All-State Games. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, Marion, OH.

  The Ohio USSSA All-State Games will showcase players nominated throughout the 2024 season participating in MVP and Nominating qualifiers. Players will be nominated for displaying great overall effort and tournament performance throughout the season and great sportsmanship. To be eligible, players must be rostered on USSSA teams. It does not matter what state your team is from as long as they played in a Ohio/Tri-State USSSA event.

  This celebration of softball and the best and brightest players and teammates in Ohio is much more than just on-field games. Off-field entertainment is also being lined up for the event and may include face painting, a DJ and other festival-like features. We did have skills challenges, a home run derby, and also lined up a guest speaker in 2023.

  Players will be placed on balanced teams with other players fromother teamsthat representthe state or Region.Each team will play two exhibition games against teams from the same age group.

  Max 3 players from same team.

  OHIO USSSA ALL – STATE GAMES EVENT INFORMATION:

  • Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, Games could start as early as 10 am with a check-in starting at 8:45 am
  • Location: RVBFY – 2250 Harding Highway East, Marion, OH 43002.
  • Roster batting is mandatory.
  • Catchers bring their own catching gear.
  • All game balls will be provided.
  • All Players wear your current teams Jersey.
  • Games will be 80 minutes in length. Once the time has expired, we will finish the batter. No score will be kept.
  • This event was created to be a fun, non-competitive showcase of players participating with other players from other teams. Poor sportsmanship of any kind will NOT be tolerated.
  • All State Coaches will be High End Travel/College Coaches/Players and we will assign them to fields the day of the event.
  • All players that have been nominated at each All-State Showcase event will be posted on the results page of tournament atwww.usssa.comas the All-Tournament Team.
  • 2 division of play during All-State Showcase: A/B and C
    • Ages & Divisions:
      • 8u (Open) Note: 8u players may be placed on 10u teams if not enough 8u players are nominated. If that occurs, 8u player will have option of live or coach-pitch when they bat.
      • 10u (A/B & C)
      • 12u (A/B & C)
      • 14u (A/B & C)
      • 16u/18u (A/B/C) – This one may be one High School division based on sign-ups.

  • Teams and schedules will be announced about a week before the event begins.

  • Players who are selected and participate in the Ohio USSSA All – State Showcase will also be eligible to participate in theUSSSA National All – State Gamesin Viera, FL.

  PARTICIPATING PLAYERS INAllSTATE GAMES RECEIVE:

  • Ohio USSSA All-State Ring.
  • All-State Jersey.
  • All-State Bag Tag.
  • Back Sack with event or USSSA logo.
  • 2 Exhibition Games.
  • Coached by a Travel or College Coach/player.

  Entry fee to participate: $100 paid before July 1, 2024. $125 after July 1, 2024 thru July 13, 2024.

  Players must be nominated in order to register. Registration closes Saturday, July 13, 2024

  ALL STATE GAMES COACHING STAFF:

  Coaching staff will be made up of Travel/College Coaches and/or former players from the surrounding Region. Teams can not request a coach.

  Entry Fee

  $125

  $100 payable before July 1, 2024. After July 1, 2024, entry fee will go up to $125 payable until July 12, 2024. Use coupon code MTFSGQGAuntil July 1, 2024, for the $25 discount.

  Admission

  RVBFY charges a $10 parking fee.

  This goes back into park management and improvement.

  Additional Note

  The Ohio All-State Showcase is a fun event designed to reward players who were nominated for their outstanding sportsmanship, teamwork, and attitude. This event offers game time with teammates from across the state, individual skills competition, and FUN!
