How to make this Valentine's Day Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Here are the ingredients you need to gather to get started making thisValentine's Day Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Keep in mind, all of the ingredient amounts you’ll need are in the printable recipe card below.

  • The Oreo cookies make a nice, solid and tasty crust - very similar to a graham cracker crust, but tastier! You will be using melted butter because it combines with the Oreo Cookie crumbs a lot better than cold butter.
  • I recommend setting aside your butter and cream cheese about an hour before you begin baking this delicious Oreo Cookie Cream Cheese Bars Recipe, so that the cream cheese has time to soften and the butter melts easier.
  • You will also need some basic baking supplies like Granulated Sugar,Sour cream,All purpose flour,Pure Vanilla Extract andEggs.
  • You will be using Red and pink gel food coloring as well asValentine sprinkles - I recommend Wilton brand, but you can use any that you like! Just keep in mind that many red food coloringhave a pretty yucky taste, so make sure to get tasteless food coloring.

These turned out so good! You could also add fruit if you wanted or add any complimentary toppings and they would be just as good!
